Our Governance

The CITY HEALTH GP Federation has a strong and robust approach to governance.

Our Member’s Agreement sets out the objectives of the Federation, the obligations of members, the composition of the Board, relationship between the Board and Members and how Members join and leave.

INTEGRATED REFERENCE

This Integrated Governance Framework provides the Board with a comprehensive oversight of its current working practices and required assurance procedures. It provides clarity over the definition of corporate and clinical governance we apply, and an oversight of the role of the Board and its supporting structures.

TERMS OF REFERENCE

The Federation has an integrated approach for governance to include corporate, financial and clinical accountabilities. Our governance model enables equality of input from clinical and non-clinical sources for the purposes of delivering recognisably high standards of care.
